She has made recommendations for women's retention and advancement in a variety of workforces.
She has presented hundreds of seminars to Fortune 500 clients on issues effecting employees such as: Goal
Setting for Success at Work, Setting Limits and Delegating, Overcoming Burnout and her personal favorite,
The Working Woman’s Survival Course.
Leveraging a decade of knowledge and experience with both employees’ and employers and with her certification
in Myers-Briggs, she founded Hire Ambition LLC and has been extremely successful at placing full time and
contract candidates. Liz is committed to helping businesses succeed and employees thrive by matching the best
candidate with the right environment and position. She would like to help create a more resilient, productive and
engaged workforce.
Liz lives with her husband and two young sons in Northern NJ.

Liz Kinstlinger has 20 years of experience working with business organizations to
identify and address workforce and workplace issues and assist in the development
of strategies for effective change.
She was the National Director of Work/Life programs for ARAMARK where she
specialized in broad focus groups and needs assessments to understand domestic
and global workforce issues concerning dependent care, flexibility, retention, and
workplace morale.
